Seems like the : 'Tell others about your imaginary friend business(preacher)' is dying down as it should, because as a more accurate understanding of our world unfolds.
It's a dying profession, one should seek other ways of making a living, and stop being so gullible.
we all can agree that the disfellowshipping arrangement benefits the wt corporation by keeping the indoctrinated in servitude, make members afraid to doubt the corporation's teachings and explanations because they can be disfellowshipped for saying anything negative about the corporation or it's ceos or not agreeing with some new light.. but what about negative effects caused by the harsh use of disfellowshipping to the corporation, what could they be?
it's a two edged sword..

It is easy to see with a little imagination why the GB don't want to acknowledge or admit that contribution have dramatically dropped, because if they did make this acknowledgement contributions would plummet even more. So now they have many who are awake to their fraud that are going to the meetings looking to make contact with others like themselves who are forced to attend because of friends and family, and the shunning policies. As more and more awake and find each others in the same congregation who are awake the more trouble for the WT corporation.
A virtual powder keg just waiting to blow up big time.

i just had a thought of clarity regarding the jw explanation for this doctrine.
they explain that satan challenged god regarding his right to rule.
god failed to prove his right to rule.
i live in the des moines iowa area , i would be interested in doing a kingdom hall crash after watching some on youtube, i would love to do that with a group of people.
i haven't meet any other ex jw around here.
i was never baptized, i always knew i could never live up to jehovah's standard so i never did even consider baptizing.
I think with all this bad publicity the Watchtower if getting on the internet, selling off all their very valuable property, robbing all the congregations of all their surplus funds in bank accounts, bethel layoffs, drastic reductions in printed material offered to public and much more. I would think a few kingdom hall crashes might do far more good than harm. People are curious and I'm sure it will make for some gossip and passing a long what was said at such crashes.
